  This has not just happened today rather today it got to a level where enough is enough. The nice girl who took my order struggled. I ordered nuggets with my meal and she asked what sauce. I asked her what are the options and she mentioned them one by one. The last option was big mac sauce. I selected that and was promptly charged additional for it. She never mentioned that sauce now costs extra with your nuggets or if big mac sauce costs extra. First fail. I was told to sit down and that my order will be brought to me. The order came but incomplete with fries missing and no sauce. I went back 3 times to the counter asking for the missing items. It took more than 5 minutes to get these... ohh and i didn't even get big mac sauce as the girl was trying to ask someone to give her that but with no luck. How hard is it to check that an order is complete before sending it out. How many times does one have to ask to get the remaining parts of their order? Seems 3 times too many. This is not the first time they forgot things either. I come here often as my kids like the happy meals and playground but the service is absolutely terrible.

  We booked a party with them for my daughter's 4th birthday. But when we come there is another family there to have a party.On their record we booked on tomorrow. But how ridiculous is that. Today is daughter's birthday. I booked a party on the day after? And it is a Monday? Are you kidding me???
